Shipping policy

Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receiving full payment (or as otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout).
  • Estimated delivery timescales (these are estimates only and not guaranteed, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing):
    • United Kingdom (mainland): within 3 working days after the order date.
    • European Union: within 14 working days after the order date.
  • These timescales are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and other factors. Time is not of the essence in the contract unless we have specifically agreed a fixed delivery date in writing.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) carrier issues, customs delays, adverse weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery (or attempted delivery) to the address you provided.
  • Ownership (title) in the goods passes to you only when we have received full and cleared payment.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you, or if you fail to collect the goods when required, you may be charged for any additional re-delivery or storage costs.
